Packard of Bowdoin College; Charles White and Caleb Mills of Wabash College; and James Means of the Lawrence Academy. Among Lawrence's friends and business associates in the collection are Enoch Pond, J.A. Stearns, H.A. Bullard, Andrew Bigelow, George N. Briggs, and his lawyer, John Aikens.
